Throughout the years, I've been asked many questions about Close to My Heart. As a result, I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to compile those questions here for easy access and to help you find your answers.

1. How much is your consultant kit?
Ans. Our kit is priced at $150.00 plus $20 for shipping and tax (your local tax rate). You can expect to pay around $175-185 for your consultant starter kit.

2. How much are consultants required to sell?
Ans. Active consultants are required to sell $300 per quarter; Jr. consultants are required to sell $100 per annual year.

3. What's the difference between an Active consultant and a Jr. consultant?
Ans. Active consultants receive 22-30% discounts on all gathering and individual orders. Jr. consultants receive a 10% discount. Jr. consultants are not able to recruit or have any downlines. They receive the online version of our company newsletter and may/may not be able to have a myctmh.com website.

How much does a MyCTMH website cost?
Ans.
If you are signing up for the first time for a MyCTMH website, you will be charged the standard setup fee of $24.95 US*. If you already have a Tier I site, there is no setup fee for upgrading to Tier II. Monthly or yearly fees still apply.
Tier I sites do not have a shopping cart system.
Tier I:
Month-to-month subscription fee: $9.95 US per month, billed monthly
Annual subscription fee: $7.95 US per month, billed $95.40 one time in advance per year

Tier I & II:
Month-to-month subscription fee: $14.95 US per month, billed monthly
Annual subscription fee: $12.95 US per month, billed $155.40 one time in advance per year

5. What sales incentives does Close to My Heart offer to their consultants?
Ans.
Rewards Your Way is the personal sales program that consultants can earn. This is where your sales efforts throughout the year will pay off with fantastic rewards. From January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008, consultants can earn points toward incredible gifts—from the hottest CTMH product, to jewelry, electronics, and more! You can also earn a FREE Cruise, completely paid for by our company.

How do I sign up and join your Close to My Heart Team?
Ans. Please sign up through my corporate sponsored website:
Www.katie.myctmh.com . By doing so, you can be assured that I will be assigned as your Upline (sponsor) and your kit will ship much faster. Payment can be made through the online sign up process as well.

I signed up with your team! Now what?
Ans. Once you receive your welcome email from Close to My Heart Corporate office, you can have access to the consultant website.You will be able to enter using the same username and password you created during the sign up process. You will also receive your UPS notificiation regarding your consultant kit. This will occur within a 3-5 business working days. You will also receive my team's Yahoogroup invitation. Please join us! I will be in touch with you during this process and help you get started with training, ideas, and more.

9. Are consultants required to keep an inventory?
Ans. No. Close to My Heart believes strongly that a consultant should not need to get into debt by keeping an inventory.

10. What type of Close to My Heart events are held?
Ans. Beginning in 2008 there will be six major corporate events held each year for Consultants: four Regional Celebrations, either Leadership Conference or Convention (alternating years), and an annual Album Retreat.

 11. When do the new catalogs come out for consultants?
Ans. Catalog release dates for consultants appear one month prior for customers. For Summer 2008, our catalog will be delivered to consultants beginning April 1, 2008, that's one month in advance before customers!!! How cool is that!
